Jelly Tip Cocktails

These cocktails don’t need much of an introduction…the photos speak for themselves. These are perfect for an after dinner drink or a dessert on their own.

Ingredients (per cocktail):

  1. 1 tbsp grenadine
  2. 2 tbsp cream (or milk does the same trick if you don’t have cream)
  3. 2 tbsp baileys
  4. 2 tbsp creme de cacao blanc
  5. Crushed ice
  6. Shaved chocolate (we use the dark ghana whittakers sante bars because they are easy to grate)
  • In the bottom of each martini glass pour the grenadine. This is the ‘jelly’ part of the cocktail
  • In a shaker mix the cream, baileys, creme de cacao blanc and crushed ice. If you don’t have a shaker, a drink bottle works just as well
  • Pour over the grenadine (carefully)
  • Finish it off with shaved chocolate on the top

    Stumbled across this little cocktail while looking up crème de cacao. It looks delish indeed!! Curious, though: “grenadine” – the syrup, or the liqueur?? (I suppose if it were pomegranate liqueur, it’d be a taaaad strong…)
